Ambit Energy - WON'T REFUND MY MONEY

I originally wanted to join as a customer, but was suckered into joining as a consultant.Two days later I cancelled, the policy stated that I had 3 days to cancel.
This was December 20, 2012. It is now January 15, 2012 and I still haven't received my refund of $457.78. I've called numerous times to no avail. I also joined as a customer, and will not be switched until January 30.
Of course after dealing with their lack of professionalism and business skills, I'm cancelling as a customer too. I've told 17 people about AMBIT and they are waiting to see my first bill before switching. Well guess what? It's not happening!
I've told them what happened and that I'm no longer interested in dealing with AMBIT, because AMBIT is a joke!I WANT MY MONEY BACK! 30468d1

As for being a customer of Ambit. Your gas would not switch over to Ambit until the next billing cycle from your utility provider. I just find it hard to believe you would want to pay more for gas when you could be getting a discount with Ambit. It is Free to switch to Ambit and Free to switch back to the higher price utility.
Most comments I see on forums like this our from competitors of Ambit. If you cannot quote the exact amount payed to ambit makes me think you are a representative from another organization trying to put a black mark on Ambit.
