I originally wanted to join as a customer, but was suckered into joining as a consultant.Two days later I cancelled, the policy stated that I had 3 days to cancel.
This was December 20, 2012. It is now January 15, 2012 and I still haven't received my refund of $457.78. I've called numerous times to no avail. I also joined as a customer, and will not be switched until January 30.
Of course after dealing with their lack of professionalism and business skills, I'm cancelling as a customer too. I've told 17 people about AMBIT and they are waiting to see my first bill before switching. Well guess what? It's not happening!
