In November, 2012, a driver insuranced with Allstate rear-ended me on 405 freeway.Allstate refuses to pay out my bodily injury claim, even though I have medical documentation supporting the nature of my injury and excusing me from work.
They switched my case to three different adjusters in less than a month. The adjuster Lisa B and her supervisor Tom, at Woodland Hills office were very rude and unprofessional. They try to lowball clients and talk to them in an aggressive and threatening tone. They lose paperwork and don't return phone calls.
I would never recommend anyone enroll in an Allstate policy for home, auto or any other type of insurance.I am so glad I do not have them for my auto coverage. 3012669
