Allstate Insurance - Allstate insurance refuses to pay out claims when their customer at fault

In November, 2012, a driver insuranced with Allstate rear-ended me on 405 freeway.Allstate refuses to pay out my bodily injury claim, even though I have medical documentation supporting the nature of my injury and excusing me from work.

They switched my case to three different adjusters in less than a month. The adjuster Lisa B and her supervisor Tom, at Woodland Hills office were very rude and unprofessional. They try to lowball clients and talk to them in an aggressive and threatening tone. They lose paperwork and don't return phone calls.

I would never recommend anyone enroll in an Allstate policy for home, auto or any other type of insurance.I am so glad I do not have them for my auto coverage. 3012669

I am going through dame thing w/ Allstate in Woodland Hills. Rear-ended on 101. Any advice? Did you settle your claim? not asking for a crazy amount, but out of pocket and general damages.

It must be company wide, I am going through the exact Same thing except it was my wife that was t-boned in my truck. The adjusters get switched every three days and all act like you should just use your own insurance after waiting for them for a month getting tagged along

I think this is their regular business policy. One of their customers hit me. He comes out of the shopping center, crosses 2 lanes of traffic and into my lane. Allstate after almost a month still saying they are investigating. They are rude, dismissive. The same thing happened to another friend few months earlier and they low balled her until she finally had to get Lawyers involved. These people are terrible. Not sure if they care any one they *** off could be a potential customer sometime in the future. Thank god my insurance is not with them. I am reporting them to any state agency I can find.
