they ripped me off too.Never buy They said because i had to cancel flight because of my daughter's health problems that it wasn't covered because she had been sick before.

the find print in the contract makes it for they never pay. there is always a reason why they can't pay. the contract is huge and is written for the benefit of allianz travel insurance. you will spend the money and never get anything back.

perhaps people should buy stock in the company. revenue coming in, and nothing going out. they are a rip off.

Do not and I emphasize not insure with this company. Weathered in and flight cancelled, didn't look good. United said it would be two or three days till they would have a seat out do to weather. Found a seat on another airline and paid to fly to orlando,florida. Only problem was there was about a $300 difference as it was a last Minuit flight, now Allianz says since there were flights going to florida I have no claim even though there were no seats available. Flights yes seat no, so there answer was I should have waited for days till I got a seat. There insurance is not insurance, it's a ripoff!!
