I bought Allianz travel insurance through United airlines when I tried to collect because of my fathers sudden decline and my decision to not travel because of impending death I was rejected because he was ill in the first place.He passed away While I would have been traveling.
After over two months with no information from them I called them to find out that my claim was rejected.
There response was that I was rejected because of an existing condition.
I am also upset with United Airlines for offering the insurance when I made my reservations.Why do we allow corporations to sell insurance they do not deliver on. 2f59654
