Their sales department is great, but the gal that does their licensing for vehicles is a flipping joke.She is a lying wench, I bought a car last month and was only given a 21 day trip permit, I did not realize this until it was pointed out to me by the red and blue lights flashing in my review mirror.

I called and was told that a new one would be over nighted to me and that she needed to hurry to get off the phone with me so that she could mail it!. Two days later I called back and was given the run around'. "Oh she is out of the office?." Said the other LYING gal Molly,. "Oh she will give you call back.." Another lie from Molly..

When I finally got a hold of her 4 days after she said she would mail it". "OH it still hasn’t gotten there; I will send you another with a tracking number:." I never got a tracking number and guess what I also never got....A trip permit. I am now paying insurance, paying a car payment on a car that sets in my drive way. Worst of all when the person who co-signed for my call called.

(Because I am too nice of person) She was laughed at by Molly. I am sorry Molly; I am not sure what part you found funny? Was it the fact that you lied to us? Was it the fact that you knew your side kick was jerking us around and didn’t care?
