If you want to wait for repairman for 5+ hr, choose A&E Factory Service.If you want your house to smell like smoke after repairmen leave, choose A&E Factory Service.
If you want to prepay for repairs and hear complaints from repairman they don't have enough space to do repairs, choose A&E Factory Service. If you want a repairman, who knows less than you how to install the part, choose A&E Factory Service! Do I need to go on and on, how unprofessional this company is? I think you get the point.

Anyway, AE came to fix my washer - four times, four different
guys. Not too bad though. I'm semi-retired, no lost work time.
I had to pay $150 +/- first guy, but others were no charge
and I got replacement parts no charge as each guy worked his
way through the problem. They were trying their best. It was
a loose wire. They spent hours on it. I do not blame AE.
Companies do not apprentice new young repairmen.
