I called in advance and asked for them to come at 4pm during the 4 hour window they provided and they told me NO PROBLEM....the tech showed up at 1pm!!!!!!!!!I was still at work!!!!

My washing machine is STILL BROKE and they have yet to call and fix this!!!!!!! I am SO angry with Samantha at AE Factory Services. PATHETIC service. John was NOT nice as a service manager either.

They are WORTHLESS and were absolutely no help.I have clothes sitting in the washer and I am sure they are going to have a musty smell now because this company did not honor what they promised. 300f81c
