AE Factory Service - 2 mos ans still no dishwasher

I called A&E , recommended by Samsung, to get repairs on a 16 mo.old dishwasher.

This was last week of Oct. they came out Nov. 5th. Repairman walked in, opened machine and verified numbers, given twice before he came out, said he didn't know what was wrong, BUT WOULD ORDER parts.

After numerous calls we finally got another repair man here, first wanted to come day after Christmas, we were not going to be , funny we made plan weeks in advance, came New Years EVE, he did pull machine and found heater was problem BUT also had a bad hose.A7E refuses to return our $125.00 and this is TERRIBLE SERVICE. 30694d0

I am having problems with a Samsung dishwasher bought July 2012. I called A&E (recommended by Best Buy) on Dec.26. Tech ordered parts - which I received at my house the next week. Tech was suppose to come Sat. afternoon Jan 5,2013. I received a call from A&E saying he was not coming because I didn't get the parts. I said I had them and he should come (this was12:30 pm). "Sorry his schedule is full" and was told it was up to me to call A&E when I had received the part. Interesting way to do business. Still have no new appt. Do not buy Samsung - I bought a lemon. It can only be fixed by Samsung authorized - Which in my area is A&E. I just want a refund for my dishwasher, stove and fridge!
