I live in an upstairs apartment above a flimsy garage.So every time it rains or wind hits my home the system goes off during all hours of the day .

After speaking to numerous people I was told I could stop service and would no longer be billed!. I further had all equipment taken out of my home by the company".To my surprise I am being billed $632!.73 for remaining balance of contract due/. Failure to do so may result in turning the matter to a collection agency..
