I signed up for acns digital phone service to help myself after becoming a rep.I no longer participate in acns business, it wasn't for me.
I just paid my last bill on 1/12/13...my contract does not expire until 2/9/13. I just tried to call to cancel my service and was told I would be charged $80+ early termination fee. They refused to post date a cancellation, remove my billing info or transfer me to a supervisor. I will never recommend acn services to anyone and I have already begun encouraging others to switch service.
I think I made a handful of calls from the phone, it hardly ever worked.I paid the $200 + for the pointless video phone. 309414f

AFTER ALMOST 9 MONTHS , THEY STILL CHARGING SAM MONEY/THEY SEND ME EVERY MONTH BILL,PHONE BILL SAYS I AM OVERDUE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELES.THEY PRICE IN IRELAND IS MORE EXPENSIVE THEN LOCAL TELECOM PROVIDER GIVES TO CUSTOMER, THEY PHONE WAS BROKE DOWN, WHEN YOU TRY REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE, BECAUSE VIDEO HONE IS DEAD, VERY POOR QUALITY TOO ON PHONES, SORRY IT IS TRUE , I BOTH LICENCE PAY THOS 499 DOLLARS, I WAS GOT WORST DEALS TRU ACN WEB, THEN I WAS LOK STR8 TO MOBILE PROVIDERS WEBSITE, IT WAS BIG LACK IN ALL BUSINESS, IF THAT YOU CAN CALL BUSINESS,SORRY ABOUT MY ENGLISH,
