I signed up for acns digital phone service to help myself after becoming a rep.I no longer participate in acns business, it wasn't for me.
I just paid my last bill on 1/12/13...my contract does not expire until 2/9/13. I just tried to call to cancel my service and was told I would be charged $80+ early termination fee. They refused to post date a cancellation, remove my billing info or transfer me to a supervisor. I will never recommend acn services to anyone and I have already begun encouraging others to switch service.
I think I made a handful of calls from the phone, it hardly ever worked.I paid the $200 + for the pointless video phone. 309414f
