I have sent my complaint to PUC, The better Business Bureau the original emails supporting my claim between me and Acacia Energy.

This Company was overcharging me every 3 days for services in a 1 bdrm apt each day the usage was going up it went up to as high as $8 a day, I don't even use my AC or Heat or my Oven we keep our electric use to a minimum each day I had this same service in my Townhouse upstairs and downstairs 2/1/2 bathrooms and was paying a whole lot less was actually paying $3-$4 a day usage never went pass that amount so how could they justify charging me more for a 1 bdrm with lessor square foot. I cancel there service Pissed and peed off 2fb9320
