its what don't happen,they do not followup on orders,this can go on forever,cant get any satisfaction.
This has been going on since 1998 and getting worse....
Cancelled orders are shipped anyway always after the .
they will not refund money to bank but require you to have a bank account for payment.
When items are out of stock they do not take it offline,they do process order and a month or so later send you a .
Then its a 72 hour waiting period each way when you try to communicate with them!!
The fighting men and women of this country deserve better and the need to be removed and sent packing..
Then hire some Vets to run the show..
