I purchased Ipad Manager from Emicsoft Software. I installed it and tried to link it up to my Ipad/Ipod via USB cable. The program failed to connect to my device again and again so I loaded the software on another computer, same thing. I tried several times on several different machines. Same thing every time! So, I filed a complaint with Emicsoft's Tech Support....
