Paid twice for same shipment, credit card charge and personal check. Tried to resolve this with Gevalia. First they said they would credit my card. Never did. Second time they said they would send me a check. Never did. I then put a dispute on my credit card after not being able to get through to customer service. Finally got to Gevalia and they told me they issued a credit that very day...
