I went into the Zales at the Galleria in Roseville, Ca., to get a watch battery replaced. The individual who was helping me said that he would test the battery to make sure that was the problem. He remarkably found that the battery was fine, and that there must be a problem with the watch. He would be happy to send it in to repair for me, but they had some on watches...
