I am posting here to help those of you who feel you have been ignored or your claim was mishandled. Please give my efforts the benefit of a doubt. I promise to work to help anyone who would like to calmly and rationally discuss our problem and the possible solutions. Please use this forum and reply with a description of your concern. For the purpose of this forum please address me as GAWHelpguy. I will diligently find the answers you require and help bring closure.    If you requested that we take your name off of our list, we have. Once again, that's our list. If other companies are calling you then make the same request. Our salespeople don't get paid to harass, but to protect consumers with auto service contracts.
