I am also confident that you could have gotten your desired results had you contacted the company instead of whining about it here. It really gets old when people expect different results but do not let the people that can provide those different results the information to provide better service. Its called feedback and when done correctly you will almost always get what you want. What you expect is for them to be mind readers. Won't happen.
