Also, Michaels' sounds suspiciously like a foreigner of the same ethnicity as those that put on this seminar. Probably personnel, as you deduced. I've been investing in commercial real estate a long time, and there is no easy wealth here. There is, however, easy wealth in putting on these seminars.
