Easy to get an appointment but then they canceled, rescheduled and after waiting all day the tech calls and asks if he can come another time because he had to help a friend. It's called time management; help your friend on your time. He attempted to get out of replacing a cracked windshield w/excuse it's now too dark. He broke my windshield washers and then failed to properly seat the molding around the shield.

Husband spent over an hour fixing the washer but Safelite will have to fix the molding. I had to reschedule clients two days for this.

Jennifer, Sorry to inform you but these occurrences are NOT UNCOMMON with the Safelite Auto Glass Company. It seems you monitor this sight very regularly too!!
