The BBB states that they have received only a few complaints about them, but I'd like to hear some consumer feedback.

But do you know what has happened to the pissedconsumer.com site? i can't get any of the pages to load.

I had Consumer Cell for 7 yrs in Washington State. They were great. I never had a problem with them with billing, tech, phone, etc. What I like was they have no contracts, but are not prepaid. Their thinking was they want you as a customer because of the service, and not because you have to stay with them or pay a huge "penalty." The only reason I'm not still with them: We moved to an area where they were not. But I say their TV commercial, checked, and I can now get them here, but the coverage in the southwest isn't quite enough for me yet. If you live in the Pacific Northwest or Northern XCalif, I don'at think you would be disappointed.
