Why do you think that promotion of Consumer Complaints is ruining the idea?

We are making consumer complaints known and we are working with the companies to get those issues resolved...

How is charging a company $4999 or more the better way that consumers can resolve a complaint?

There seems to be an overload of advertising on the website and the moderators do not seem to respond to or classify the postings other than to make linked websites out of the individual companies names related to pissed consumer.
