help with writing complaint letter

pls, if anyone has had a bad experience[/URL] with scotiabank, pls tell me your story. i need to know i am not the only one who they have destroyed. i will explain my experience once i figure out how to word it. all i can say right now is that they are not at all what they advertise to be. not only from a client's perspective but also there phony promises[/URL] to there employees. if anybody can help me with where i start with getting back my dignity pls pls tell me. they have taken everything that i have worked so hard for.
