Brampton hardwood floor real bad experince

Anyone has a bad experience with this store .?pls post.

I was milead by the sales people and sold wood,which was really bad,and wood looks dented and parks formed without even walking on it.When complained,the store says,the wood is good.The store ,Instead of providing correct information on different wood material and guidance while selling,they pushed the sale of wrong wood to me,inspite of asking for advice and telling that i am looking for good hardwood flooring.Now i feel utterly cheated.

When i complained,they sent a inspector to ccheck the floor.He tells us that the wood is softwood and the store sales people should have told us upfront on different wood qualities and types.it was not done at all.and instead they pushed the sale saying this is very good wood and we can not go wrong.

When i called and complained about the malpractice,Now they don't bother looking into the issue.Called store so many times,ad left messages.They do not even bother to call back.I feel utterly cheated.on a $CAD2200 dollar purchase.Is there no control on these stores who cheat cosumers with min-information and treat costomers like idiots.

I do not want the store to deceive cosumers and want people to be aware,when dealing with these guys and be careful and not fall for deception
