PETSmart Groomers anyone else

I have 2 Maltese one 8 Pound and other 4pounds. I brought them to be groomed I
specifically said "don't" touch the tales, IT took me over 6months to get the beautiful full tail a Maltese should have, IT was chopped all on 1 side and the other maltese tale was just growing out. and they shaved up her butt the whole width of her backside. When I called to comlain, I just wanted to let them know i was dissatisfied, the asst manager offered a refund, but when i got there, i only got insulted by the manager. They make you pay before you get your babies . Also there heads and noses were shaved, i am So Very Upset, and the manager insults me on top of it all.
