This product was the last thing I purchased without checking it out on the internet and if I had checked it out, I would never have purchased it. I saw sooooo many negative reviews-the complaints were all exactly what I found with the Buxton genuine leather organizer! It is flimsy, the zippers on most of the sections don't work, the seams are poorly stitched, and it had a very wierd smell that would not go away. I donated it to a rummage sale, because it's not worth the postage to return it. But I emailed Carol Wright catalog services, told them how I felt and what I had done with the purse. Now, even though I didn't return it, Carol Wright refunded my money within a few days! I was so pleasantly surprised. Never heard of a company doing that before. Sure says somthing for the Carol Wright company. The thumbs up is for Carol Wright, NOT the purse
