Mall Chevrolet steals old man's life savings

The salesman at the Cherry Hill, NJ dealership saw my father coming. My dad leased a 2008 Impala from this dealership 3 months ago and decided he would rather buy it instead. The "nice guy" salesman told my 79-year-old dad he was not allowed to purchase the car back. Instead, he suggested, he could trade it in and buy another car.

Holy crap! The salesman strong-armed my father for 8 hours before totally confusing the old guy. Then, the salesman drives my father to my dad's house to withdraw $15k in cash. He then drives him (in the salesman's own car) to the bank to get more cash. My father was instructed to get as much cash as possible.

The Salesman would not allow my father to drive himself. He told him the "old car" (i.e. Impapala) was no longer his and the "new car" (2008 Malibu) was not his yet,

Back at the dealership, they gave my father a trade in value on the 2008 Impala that was only 3 months old and had 3,000 miles a value of $14,000! Then, they took all his Cash deposit and sold him a 2008 Malibur for another $30K!!! Can you believe this??? On top of it all, they "gave" him a finance rate of 9%!! This is a guy with platinum, bullet-proof credit. They ripped him off again on the interest rate!! Of course, they also included all kinds of crap on the deal that no one in their right minds would buy.

They literally robbed him blind, bless his old heart. He "trusted" these guys to do right by him and they bent over backwards to squeeze every life-cent and last-penny out of him they could.

this place is wicked, especially to the elderly. Stay away from this Dealer!!
