This company is horrible. posts all over the web show the many ways in which this company screws it's customers. They have no concept of what customer service means and they have no respect for American credit/collection law as is evidenced by the way they call consumers all weekend long. They shroud themselves in secrecy. Just try to find a physical location for them anywhere in Florida and you'll understand what I mean. They deal with PO boxes and customer noservice agents who refuse to give you a local address.

Toyota vehichles are great cars, but I can see their finance division will be their downfall.

I have been buying pickup trucks for the last 20 years, have purchased 12 F-150's in that time frame...Last February, 2007, baught a Tundra, full size, 5.7 liter pickup....I used Toyota's financing, got a great rate...Any time someone is negligent in paying their bills, thats when the trouble begins with any company....It's sounds like to me, you are making a complaint without any other reason....Have you been paying on time, can you tell me the real reason you are making a complaint....Because, I live in Southwestern PA. I pay actually ahead of time, in regards to my truck...Their service is much better than Ford, heck they even clean my truck for free any time I feel it needs cleaned....22.00 big ones in PA, for a full car wash..I use this service once a week, you do the math...No sir, you could have a bad situation, don't really know what is bad about it...If your going to spout off a complaint, please feel free to tell the whole story...And by the way, If you know business like I do, These car companys don't go under because of a complaint by you, they go out of business because they are managed incorrectly, and if you say what you say is true, I am sure they will take your advice and fix the problem.....Lol....SIncerely, John boy
