Travelocity complaint
When buying a ticket online for Travelocity and looking at the flight details, they were all in order by times except one. They slipped in an AM with all the PM flights. When we finished booking the flight we noticed there was a mix up and tried to fix it. If you call them up right after, even if it has been 5 minute, they want $115 for a mistake or error while booking.

I honestly feel that one AM flight slipped in with the PM flights was put there to confuse you and cause you to book a flight wrong so they can score that $100 to help you change your mistake.

When you call their customer service and you speak english you will have difficulties communicating because they are all english as a second language.
