Travelocity complaint
I recently had a first time experience with Travelocity. We made our reservations about a month in advance and paid for the entire trip. When we got to the Airport on the day of our trip, we didn't have any reservations.

It took three hours to fix this mess and get us on a flight. After the three hour delay, we were put on a plane that didn't have a air conditioner and was overbook. The airline also weighted to much and had to leave some of the luggage behind.

Lessons Learned: Never let companies like Travelocity make any vacation plans for you.
