Misrepresentation at its worst, Reservation Complaint - Travelocity

Travelocity complaint
I recently secured an airline ticket and hotel reservations with Travelocity. Not only did they get the hotel reservations wrong, but they wouldn't make the required changes. Then when I asked them what it would cost to cancel the $2,220 reservation, even though I purchased their Travel Protection Plan, they wanted to charge me $1,000 to cancel what they screwed up.

So what are my choices....move forward with the package they provided to me, or pay them $1,000. You can't talk to them because they hide behind the language barrier like a shield. If you ask to be transferred to a Supervisor you are placed on hold until someone decides to disconnect the call all together.

When you ring back, you are placated with false assurances that they are there to help no matter what and that they are very sorry for any inconveniences you may be experiencing. All the while no doubt rolling their eyes at the stupid American's who have put their faith in a company that promotes service and then ships all of jobs associated with that service over seas. Nicely done Travelocity.

I will NEVER darken your website again.
