HORRIBLE SERVICE AT DELTA AIRLINES Informative - Delta Airlines

Delta Airlines complaint
I purchased 2 tickets for Detona Deach Int leaving May 7th. The itineraries stated that we could arrive at the check in counter least 15 minutes of depature. We got to counter at 33 minutes prior to depature.

One of the stewardess asked another if she should check us in. The other Rita said no. My husband and I stood at the counter discussing our options, there was no one behind us.

Rith then said to us, get away from the counter go over there and discuss your business we do not want to here what you are saying. I then said ""Excause me who are you"". she them said I am the supervisor.

I replied that I was not speaking to her, but to the other attendent she then replied, ""She works for me and she has to do whatever I say"". I moved away and called customer service, paid another $50.00 and reschueled. When we returned at 1100 the other attendent Rosa would not allow us to check in she said we had to pay another $50.00 because she could not find our money.

I told her to look for it it was already taken care of. She then said I will have to check with my superviso, if she would let you on. Rita them came out and told us to apologise to Rosa, because I was talking down to her.

She continued to put her face in front of me just about 6 inches demanding I apologise or they would not let us on the plane. I refused. so ther called security to get me from the counter.

I told them I was not going anywhere until I was attended to. I needed to get checked in. I am taking care of my business.

I explained to the officers what happened earlier, and he in turn asked Rita what time I got there eariler. She did not respond but went to the computer and cancelled our tickets, giving us a refund with $50.00 short. I called customer service and they insisted that I was fully refunded, I had to go through every transaction, and show them how I was not refunded.

They took sometime then got back on the phone and said you will get your $50.00 in 3 days. What a horrible experience, I can understand why the airline is having trouble with its finances, the service is deplorable, the attendents need to be trained, to handle the public, and administration should listen to the voices of the public, after all we are the ones that are keeping Delta in the air. As a result of this experience, no member of my family will ever fly Delta Airlines again.
