Just now got off the phone with a company called ESBI whose service charge of $15.95 was placed on my monthly QWEST bill. As near as I could understand (foriegn accented operator and poor connection) this a telephone or email service using my internet service line.

Was advised the service was ordered online. Told the operator it was not ordered, not needed and I wanted the charge removed and the service canceled. She said they would do this, so, we shall see what happens.

In the meantime, I shall notify QWEST of my intentions and deduct the charge from my QWEST bill.
