this service is a rip off.. it adverises $24 a month but i ended up paying $160 for each month for 3 months.. there was no indicaion that the charges a different for a mobile phone and we only found out after 2 1/2 monhs when we saw he 1st month statement. In addition, the land lines do not oconnect after hooking up wih sears so we had no choice but to call on mobile phones to india!

I disconnected from this service right away.

Customer service is rude and ruthless! I would advice you all to stay away from this.
