I was billed through you for voicelink int and I do not even know who this company is. I can not find it on the web and when I called you, you told me that voicelink int likes to handle their own calls and I was transferred to them supposedly. The phone went dead when I was transferred.
I had already waited on hold for over 10 minutes, just waiting for you to answer the phone and when I explained the situation, you transferred me to a dead #.
Either you do something about this charge on my phone bill from windstream through you, or I will sue you for neglegence and for hardship and for what ever else I can find.
It is bad bad buisness practice to charge people for services they never authorize, this does not keep buisnesses alive.
