I AM CURRENTLY ON AOL AND I PAY MY MONTHLY FEE EVERY MONTH FOR THE LAST 3 YRS AND HAVE ALWAYS USED A LOCAL ACCESS NUMBER BUT THIS LAST MONTH I HAVE GOTTEN A USED PHONE BILL EVERY TIME I LOGGED ON SEEMS LIKE AOL AND AT&T SEEMS TO BE PASSING THE BUCK TO ONE ANOTHER WHAT HAS HAPPENED WHEN THE PHONE LINE IS BUSY AND I CANT CONNECT IT SEEMS ONE OF THEM IS PUTTING ME THROUGH TO A NON LOCAL NUMBER FOR WHICH I HAVENT BEEN TOLD THEY R DOING MY PHONE BILL EXCEEDS OVER 200 DOLLARSFOR WHICH I FEEL I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY CAUSE THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE SO I WANT TO DISPUTE THIS ON MY BILLL AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO TAKE IT OFF, IF U CAN HELP ME PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANKS DONNA
