at&t dropped my 23% discount w/o contacting me

AT&T complaint
AT&T customer service ***.. i noticed my bill was higher and the first person i contacted me told me they were in the midst of re-verifying the discounts and it would be cleared up in a few months.. I then wrote an email and the second person said my plan had been dropped since 3/31/08... the third person i called had no idea what i was talking about and put me through to the fourth person (who by the way didn't want to help me because i was irate, ya think).. finally after 2 weeks i find out that something was modified on my online account and it knocked my discount off? well thats the explanation.. i'm currently writing AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson at AT&T 175 Houston St

San Antonio, Texas 78205 and telling him what a piss poor service you get fomr his company and how I'll be leaving as soon as my contract is up($175 to leave, sheesh, talk about coprorate rape)
