I followed the entire procedure correctly for receiving a rebate for my Polo T-Shirt from UrbanQ.com. Having heard nothing, I emailed them and received a reply from "Roy" of customer service stating that I also had not placed the code on the lower left hand corner of the submission envelope. Like the other report listed, this is the story they give you to deny your rebates. Buyers must realize this and never deal with this company.
They are total frauds.
