I placed four total orders with Blair over the holidays starting 28 Dec 2007. It is now 8 Jan 2008 and I have not received status of my order other than the useless Submitted or in process on the order status page.

Customer service indicated I should receive my order between 7-10 days since placed and I should receive an email when shipped. I have not received any emails and it has been over 10 days since the orders were placed. When I call customer service they always state they cannot check the order status as their computer system is down! How can an online merchant operate with such a busted system. I will update when/if I ever receive my orders

Blair has taken my order, but I have received no invoice. I only got their crappy junk emails. I don't know what happened to my order.
