Treehouse marketing review - HEALTH-Specialists

Jan 10, 2003 Treehouse Marketing complaint |

A sales representative presented a smoking cessation program selling at $399.95. I refused this. I was then offered a trial program for 29.95 which I purchased and paid for. However, I was sent the entire program with no paper work. I did not know it was the entire program. Six weeks later, I was billed $399.95 on my credit card. I immediately closed the credit card because I had no idea what this purchase was.
After finding out it was Treehouse Marketing through my credit card service, I tried to contact the company by phone and e-mail. I received no response. Upon finally receiving an address I returned the five month supply that was not used. I have confirmation that the company received the product but my credit card account has not be credited.
Beware of these fast-talking, misrepresenting sales people associated with this company.
