Verizon not honoring pricing agreement, Bundled services-TV, phone, & Internet Complaint - Verizon

Verizon complaint
I called Verizon in response to their mailer for bundling services they offer in our area at a discount. I spoke at length to a salesperson at a call center who informned me that our conversation was being recorded and I was glad as I wanted no misunderstandings. In fact, I asked her to repeat the discounted price for the three services I wanted- Sat.

TV, long distance phone service, and DSL-multiple times. As we spoke I wrote down the info she provided, her name, the time, and the confirmation numbers she gave me. She then forwarded me to another party to confirm that I wasn't being forced into an agreement and I made note of that confirmation number as well. I knew the first bill would not be an accurate reflection of the agreed on pricing due to new service charges but I expected the following bills to be correct and they were not and are now actually increasing even more for 'set' services.

My calls to Verizon were a joke and a vicious loop of 'we can't help you or honor what anyone said in error'. One service rep said they don't actually record those calls so that wouldn't help me & she would never have priced it like that. I'm completely satisfied with the products I requested and no one I spoke with has been condescending; however, they offer no real help and will not honor their pricing contract with me. I am still considering my options at this point and I am very dissatified with Verizon's customer service.

Can't recommend them because of it even though I have friends who work for the comapny!
