I work for oxmoor house and they do really suck! i cant believe they can get away with the things they do. I have had old woman call in crying cuz they have no idea how the books was but on there card....

People get pissed at me because we are sending them books, but they have no idea that they are on a subscription. They do need to be stopped. This is bad and we should not be doing this! I'm sorry, but I'm sure everybody else is not. I don't think its right people.

Like i said.... this is just a big fraud!
