Sales person sold warranty as if it was all inclusive. Warranty company failed to adequately repair damage and refused several other repairs. Furniture was supposed to be repaired or replaced. We put the piece of damaged furniture out in the trash only 2 years after the purchase because the warranty company failed to repair it. Our daughter hurt herself from the wood that the warranty repair person had placed in the oversized ottoman. The ottoman was an eyesore and a health hazard after the repair person supposedly repaired it. I am discussed that I paid so much money for a warranty that covered nothing.
