Had reservation to rent a car at Hertz in Cuernavaca, Mexico. When I got to the place where Hertz was to be located, they told me that it did not exist any longer. By phoning Hertz in the US I then found out where Hertz hat reopened. It took me
half a day to finally get a car, which was not in great shape, but that was fine. The rental contract was written by hand, the damage on the car was noted down on the side of the contract. Unfortunately I did not make sure that every detail was noted down (the space on the contract would not have allowed that...). When I was to return the car, the rental did not open at 9 am, as it was supposed to. Since I had to catch a bus at 10 am, we agreed by phone to leave the car in the hotel, where Hertz picked it up. Unfortunately they then fined me 202 Dollars for damages, sent me pictures of a broken door button (to lock the door), a broken rear light case (the plastic being broken) and one other minor detail.

Do not rent from Dollar/Terstappen in Franfurt Airport, Germany. They have charged my credit card with damages I didn\'t cause and refused to remove the charges.
