www.National Darts.com
Incomplete orders have been shipped and they refuse to answer any phone or emails regarding missing order items.
The order I placed in Mid December has still missing items, Partial order was received. National Darts have a Support Ticket system on the web site but after several tickets were created no reply has been made by National Darts. Phone calls to the web site supplied phone will not be returned and no live help can be had.
I would recommend not doing business with National Darts

I payed for the quickest shipping and did not recieve my merchandise till 2 weeks later. This won't happen again. Like the old saying goes "Screw me once shame on you, Screw me twice shame on me". ![]() |

Written by Rbrown13, on 27-04-2008 04:07 I have had a similar situation with nationaldarts.com, this is a terrible company as far as customer service is concerned. this company does not respond to you in any way but a form response and they are the slowest internet site as far as shipping is concerned, I recommend you do not do business with nationaldarts.com. |
