webkiz/ganz company. Need to be taken down a notch or two-Anybody want to join the band wagon? They are screwing us and our kid's I say we do something about it! They sit back and keep introducing more and MORE products for us to buy,but they cant keep up with the *** web site. We have had ROOMs taken, they say a person has to have your password in order to steal something-explain to me HOW they take the *** room! I have been on several sites with ANGRY webkinz parents, I say lets take action!

Let them know we are NOT going to take this crap.

I agree that if they can't keep up with their website, they shouldn't introduce more characters or take on anymore customers until they sort themselves out. My son is using a 'Username' that is very upsetting for him, due to a personal rift within our family and NO ONE will address it, other than to say that the name 'doesn't meet the criteria' for changing it (they haven't even asked why I want it changed!). Now everytime my child goes to sign in and play with his NUMEROUS webkinz friends, he has to pour salt into an emotional wound- NICE. Right on, Webkinz, way to treat our kids and be concerned. Jerks.

My daughter recently had EVERYTHING from all her rooms dissapear....every special item she ever bought or won is gone and I have tried to contact someone with no luck. There is no way anyone could have her password, becasue she doesn't even know it, I log in for her. She owns 7 animals and has absolutley no items left. Even when we try to buy anything new or get the daily kinz care, we get klicked off imediately.

My son & daughter have webkinz and I have one as well .. I thought it would be fun to raise kinzkash and surprise them with little goodies. It says in the website that if something goes missing, it is because kids share passwords. While this of course can be true, I dislike that this is the ONLY suggestion. WE have lost things right before our eyes. I spend 1000 kinzkash yesterday on a studio and watched my daughter open it up and go to place it in her room. Upon dragging the item from the taskbar, it immediately disappeared right before our eyes! That isn't the only thing either .. when I signed on my one "pet", I received a special gift .. a kaleidescope. The freakin' same thing happened when I tried to drag it from the webkinz dock to the room .. it disappeared! So yeah, big deal .. these things are just little cartoony internet items that shouldn't make us upset. MY PROBLEM is that if a company gets children excited over their product and the parents are buying these things, IT HAS TO WORK PROPERLY in order to fulfill the claim of it's greatness and entertainment .. and NOT come up with lame *** excuses for why things go missing. The Webkinz customer service currently *** in a big way and they need to get on top of their game. I called the customer service number and left a message .. I've yet to hear back .. if at all.
