I am responding to janethappygirl1. These people at this company are a joke. I have tried to get my money since March/April.

I have gotton every excuse under the sun, including the one they gave you. It is usually a processing delay on getting refunds. These peolple do not want to give back money.

They have been rude, have hung up on me, and have given me the runaround for about 4 months. This is a scam and I am doing everything i can to find out who they are and report them. They have trained there people well in avoiding to give back customers there money and on being rude and not arguing with customers.

I have been hung up on so many times and went thru the same process as you. Please WARN everyone not to order from these people.

It took me almost 2 month to get my money back, but I finally did. I think they just take a long time. I've ordered from them 4 or 5 times and this was the first time I needed a refund. When you order they ship pretty quick but I hope you like your item and don't want to return it. I don't think they rip people of, they are just slow.
