EMC Mortgage complaint
I rented a one family house two years ago. The house went into foreclosure. EMC took me to court to remove me for non payment. I was paying the old owner. I showed receipts and I won the case and was allowed to stay.

EMC became my new landlord because I have an existing lease til 2006. Never heard from EMC I speak through attorneys. I have spent over $5,000.00 in repairs and up keeping of the house (snow plowing, landscaping etc) EMC never sent anyone to repair/replace anything. I just recently found out their address. Never mind trying to call and speak to someone. That's another nightmare on its own. I have tried to call EMC no response.

Now they are taking me to court again for non payment of rent. Yes I have held back my rent totaling ($2168.00) You'd think EMC would call me to talk to me. Perhaps ask is there a problem Ms. Jackson? You have not sent in your rent. NO!! instead they are taking to court to try and evict me from my home with 3 minor children.
