EMC Mortgage complaint
My mortgage payment started out at $138 all of a sudden they changed it to $285. The reason was that we were not putting any money our equity. Then without notice it went to $507 now this is because we do not have hazard insurance which I have had since we statred our loan. We have had to do this every year and they still said that we have not had hazard insurance since 1999. I contacted my insurance company and it faxed all of the documents to show we have had insurance. This was over a month ago I am still waiting for my loan payment to go down. I have had this loan since 1998 it started at $12000 and it is still at $12000.
