I hope we can all some how file a class action against emc .I dont understand the law at all.I found out that I was misinformed about my first court appearance.aparently my presence isnt required at a pretrial discovery settlement hearing wow thats a mouthfull any way apologies to my lawyer for the cracks i made in the last report I was however speaking in jest about her being in on "it" Today at my pretrial hearing I was the only one on time for court emc s lawyer shows up 10 minutes late then my attourney show up 3 minutes later they go talk to the judge and come out and say next court december 15 the two attorneys go into the hall and i hear emc s guy say we sent you the figures for loan reinstatement my lawyer then shows me her paperwork and a 10000 plus figure i immediately begin to say im not willing to deal i have proof that im right the guy says what kind of proof do you have if you right we ll take care of it i said oh your wrong and your company does people wrong just like this all the time i then handed my lawyer about 50 pages printed from this web site last night she glanced at them briefly put them in her briefcase and said they werent really relevant to this matter I think establishing that this is how emc treats people is quite relevant but again i havent studied law and i m probably just jumping the gun again my attorney has copies of the original money order I informed them Id bring the original with me to court my payment wasnt late i have signed delivery confirmation on nov 6 It is not my fault emc didnt post it till nov 13 the day they tried to say they recieved itand the day they stamped it recieved coincidentally one day late again.the guy then says maybe i can get them to just sell the house for whatever we can get and release you from any debt attached to the house no judgement against me what about a 12000 lien i have wrongfully attached to the house over medical bills that im currently trying to appeal? we can handle that is what I heard him say but again he cant guarantee theyll go for that I told him the house is a piece of *** in cracktown and that didnt sound too bad to me but I really havent done anything wrong to warrant the sale of this pile of rubbish and I could not guarantee that my wife would go for something like this just to make him think maybe just like he tried to do to me .I dont know where that 10000plus figure came from must be since 2000 or 01 . they accepted a payment of 300 in oct of o3 so how can one year since our last agreement which they broke add up to over ten grand. 12 times 303 plus penalty equals 10 000 plus No I DONT BUY THAT. anyway help how do we contact eachother Can the administrators help we all need to get together to fight this company together what is and how do we start class action help help help please
