HONDA MOTOR CO complaint by Kbussell
I have a 2006 Honda Civic EX I bought new and it has always been maintained at HONDA with 85,000 , miles and it it the shop with a cracked block and no explamation why it sudenly overheated.... and they have offered to pay for 50% of the cost. eventhough its not under warrenty, I think they should pay 100% And give me a 12 month warranty on a new Honda Block/engine....I will be calling the Corp. office today as soon as they open there doors this morning to talk to John Mendel VP fro Honda in Torrance California!!! Has anyone else had this problem?

My car overheated while commuting to work yesterday for no reason. When I got to Honda, they told me that it was a cracked engine block. It'll be covered under my warranty - 2006 Honda Civic EX. However, they said that they do not offer loaner cars while my car is in the shop.

That's ridiculous customer service!! First time I've ever bought a Honda. With this service, it might be the last time.

I am posting a responce to my post .

HONDA is the best...They are taking care of my problem without issue as I assumed they would. I still recomend HONDA Vehicles... and would buy another one!
